"All the nations you have made will come and worship before you" Psalm 86:9
Dear Parish members,
Its with great joy that we are welcoming a New Year.
According to Greek mythology, Janus the God of be-ginning and end has two faces facing in opposite directions. Hence the first month is called January as it is a time to reflect on the past and look forward to the future. Learn from our mistakes in the past and
correct ourselves for a better tomorrow. God has
forgiven our sins and it is our duty to lead a sin free life in the New Year. There may be challenges ahead of us but the Lord God Almighty who brought us so far is faithful.
It’s time for new resolutions and to fulfill those resolu-tions that were never fulfilled. May the Lord God Al-mighty lead us and guide us throughout the New Year. As a worshiping community, let us depend on God’s grace and guidance throughout the year.
Lets intercede for those who are in need, sick, less fortunate and the marginalized. Wishing you all a very Happy New Year and let the new Year be full of happiness and blessings.
